Bertrand Aznar is a French illustrator and creative director whose work unfolds at the crossroads of fashion, design, and contemporary culture. Informed by the Franco-Belgian ligne claire tradition and refined through Japanese aesthetics, his illustrations balance precision and restraint, creating composed scenes where style, craftsmanship, and everyday life coexist with quiet intensity.

He has collaborated with international fashion and cultural platforms including Aspesi, Dockers, Esquire, Soho House, Vanity Fair, and The Washington Post, developing visual narratives that translate brand identity into distinct, timeless imagery. Japan remains a defining influence in his practice, shaping both his visual sensibility and creative philosophy.

Ornorm Studio is curating his first artistic residency in Japan, crafting a tailored program designed to position his work within the local fashion and cultural landscape — from a curated exhibition and opening event to store visits, industry networking, and carefully selected collaborations.
