弊社のチームは様々な世代と、多文化のバックグラウンドを持つ人々で成り立っています。共通しているのは、ファッション、グラフィック、デザインや建築などに対して一人一人が抱いている情熱です。それぞれ歩んできたキャリアも、「美しさ」の追求と「細部」への拘りに率いられて来ました。常設チーム以外にも、有能なフリーランスのAD、スタイリスト、写真家などと手を組む事がありますが、全員に共通しているのが、「笑顔で仕事を楽しもう」という信念です。

JOSUÉ LACROSIL
ジョズエ ラクロジル
We start our story with Josué, designer and creative director. Passionate about art, design and fashion, he began to study at art school at the age of 14. After finishing his art degrees, he started his career in Paris. In 2006 he founded slashdesign, his first creative company. At the same time, he worked for a few years as a tutor in a graphic design art school. With more than 10 years of experience as a freelance designer/art director with famous agencies such as Young & Rubicam France, Saguez & Partners, his previous clients include Coca-Cola, Orange, Décathlon, and The World Trade Center. In 2016 he founded ORNORM in Paris, and two years later, ORNORM STUDIO : a creative studio and sales agency in Tokyo.
デザイナー＆クリエイティブディレクターであるジョゼからオルノームの物語が始まります。小さい頃からアートとデザインに興味を持っていたジョセは、１４歳で美術の専門学校で学び始め、21歳で美術の修士号を終え、パリでキャリアを始めます。2006年にslashdesignの名で初めてクリエイティブスタジオを設立し、その傍らではグラフィックデザインの教師もしていました。フリーランスのデザイナー・ADとして10年以上活躍し、その間 Young & Rubicam FranceやSaguez & Partnersなどの数多くの著名なエージェンシーの仕事を受け持っていました。過去のクライアントにはコカコーラ社、オレンジ社やNYのワールドトレードセンターなども含まれています。2016年にORNORMの名前でパリを拠点にしたクリエイティブスタジオを設立し、2年後に東京支社のORNORM STUDIOを設立しました。

Alexia’s passion for art and fashion started during her curriculum at a graphic design art school. In 2015, she joined the fashion school Mode Estah by winning the Young Talent Contest. With a real passion for fashion design, her first work experience was at Vanessa Bruno and Stouls. She also worked as a sales consultant for Ralph Lauren and Satellite Paris. Today she is preparing the launch of her own clothing brand within ORNORM STUDIO in Tokyo.
アレクシアもグラフィックデザイン専門学校在学中にアートとファッションに対しての情熱と追求心が芽生えました。2015年にはデザイナーを目指す学生たちをターゲットに開催されている「Young Talent Contest」にて最優秀賞を受賞し、Mode Estahファッション専門学校へ無償で入学。ファッション業界をより理解するために、Vanessa BrunoやRalph Lauren、Satellite Parisなどで実務経験を積みました。現在はORNORM STUDIOから自身のブランドをローンチする準備に取り掛かっています。

After studying fashion design at a fashion school in Paris, Yoshi was employed by BEAMS Japan (one of the most famous Japanese brands and one of the largest multi-brand distribution group). He is currently the purchasing coordinator in Europe for BEAMS and the CEO of TRIX, a fashion consulting company in Paris. Today he is also, one of the shareholders of Ornorm Studio in Tokyo. His experience and knowledge of the Japanese and European market is a truly important asset to the company.
パリのファッション専門学校を卒業後、ヨシはビームズ ジャパンに就職。現在も同社の海外ブランドの輸入コーディネーターとして活躍しながら、ファッションコンサルティング会社TRIXをパリにて起業しました。現在、ORNORM STUDIOの出資者であり、日本とヨーロッパのマーケットの情報源として大変貴重な役割を果たしています。

Olivier took advantage of his passion for vintage by starting his career supplying vintage clothing and accessories for consulting agencies such as Quidam de Revel and Anouschka. From this experience, he decided to team up with Riadh Trabelsi to create their own consulting agency called “VITRINE” based in Paris. He moved on to the luxury fashion industry becoming a sales person for Pierre Hardy and Kris Van Assche. From 2009, he started to travel to Japan often, and the idea of settling himself down in the country seemed realistic. In 2016 he started to work for the Japanese company, Paddle Inc. while setting up his own apparel brand called IRREGULAR PASSION with his partners. Presently, he is responsible for event organization at ORNORM STUDIO as well pursuing his other passions.
ヴィンテージが大好きなオリヴィエは、パリの数々のセールスエージェンシーにヴィンテージの服やアクセサリーを卸し始める事でキャリアをスタートしました。この経験を生かし、パートナーのTrabelsiと共に自身のエージェンシー「VITRINE」をパリに設立。さらに、ラグジュアリーファッションのノウハウも取得するためにPierre HardyやKris Van Asscheにて販売も経験。2009年より仕事の都合上東京とパリを行き来する中で、東京を拠点に活動する事を決心します。2016年にPaddle Inc.に入社し、同時にパートナーと共にアパレルブランド 「IRREGULAR PASSION」を立ち上げます。現在はORNORM STUDIOにてイベントの企画と運営を担当しています。

アリソン・グリロ

After studying Visual Merchandising at Decoration school, Alison worked for the Italian Maison Marni. She took part in the Marni Market project at Bon Marché in 2015 and Marni Flower Market « Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré » in Paris. She also worked at Galerie Lafayette as Women’s Ready-to-Wear Visual Merchandiser. In 2018, she started to work freelance and integrated the post of Project Manager of Ornorm in her present career. Passionate about fashion, she visits many fashion showrooms and is responsible for brand sourcing in Paris.
装飾専門学校でヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング（VMD）を専攻したアリソンは卒業後にMARNIに就職し、2015年のボンマルシェ主催のMARNI Market ProjectやMARNI フラワーマーケットの設営に貢献しました。その後、ギャラリーラファイエット百貨店にて婦人服のVMDとして活躍。2018年からパリを拠点にフリーランスへ移行し、ORNORMチームに加わりました。現在パリの先進的なデザイナーが集うショールームやショーを周り、新しいブランドの発掘を担当しています。
